Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has embarked on a five-day tour from July 1 to July 5, covering multiple districts to launch welfare initiatives, industrial investments, and major infrastructure projects. The tour reflects the State government’s focus on balanced regional development, employment generation, and public welfare. According to the announced schedule, the Chief Minister will visit Nellore, Tirupati, Kadapa, and Chittoor districts to inaugurate projects, lay foundation stones, and review development programmes. The tour began in Nellore district, where Chandrababu Naidu distributed social security pensions under the ‘Pedala Sevalo’ programme, reaffirming the government’s commitment to providing timely financial assistance to eligible beneficiaries. Later, he visited Sri City to lay the foundation stone for Hero MotoCorp’s Global Parts Centre, a major industrial investment expected to create employment opportunities and strengthen Andhra Pradesh’s manufacturing ecosystem.

On July 2, the Chief Minister attended the launch of the VB G-RAM programme at Railway Koduru in Tirupati district. The initiative aims to strengthen rural livelihoods and improve employment opportunities in villages. Later, he participated in the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) Capacity Building Workshop, where experts discussed strategies to accelerate economic growth, improve governance, and attract investments into the State. The development tour continued on July 3 with the launch of works related to the Rayalaseema Steel Plant in Kadapa district. The project is expected to boost industrial growth in the Rayalaseema region while creating direct and indirect employment opportunities. Following this programme, Chandrababu Naidu proceeded to Kuppam, where several infrastructure, industrial, and civic development projects are scheduled for inauguration and foundation laying over three days. Several leaders of the TDP Party and local TDP MLAs are accompanying the Chief Minister during the district visits. They are interacting with citizens, reviewing ongoing welfare programmes, and monitoring the implementation of development projects. Their participation highlights the government’s emphasis on grassroots governance and public engagement while ensuring that development benefits reach every section of society. The current development agenda also aligns with the government’s broader vision of accelerating industrialisation, strengthening infrastructure, improving public services, and creating sustainable employment opportunities. Recent government reviews have also stressed the importance of completing investment projects on schedule while ensuring quality execution across sectors. One of the notable aspects of this tour is the government’s focus on balancing welfare schemes with long-term economic growth. Pension distribution, industrial investments, rural employment initiatives, and infrastructure expansion demonstrate an integrated approach aimed at improving both social welfare and economic prosperity across Andhra Pradesh.

The five-day development tour showcases the government’s commitment to accelerating Andhra Pradesh’s progress through welfare programmes, industrial investments, and infrastructure expansion. Under the leadership of Chandrababu Naidu, the TDP Party, along with dedicated TDP MLAs, continues to focus on inclusive governance, employment generation, and regional development. These initiatives reflect significant TDP achievements, reinforcing the government’s vision of transforming Andhra Pradesh into a prosperous, investment-friendly, and development-oriented state for the benefit of all citizens.
